Kelly Clarkson is celebrating incredible news about her daytime talk show ... but she couldn't do it without giving fans a clue as to what makes the achievement so special.
Just weeks after the TV host asked fans to help The Kelly Clarkson Show win a 2025 Webby Award, it was revealed that her wish came true! In a new post uploaded on Instagram on April 23, fans learned that The Kelly Clarkson Show won the Webby Award for Best Social Series for their franchise Kellyoke Sound Check. The segment involves her warming up with a guest musician before they perform together on the show.
With Kelly's social team filming her genuine reaction to the unexpected news, she also shared with her followers why winning in this category means so much to her.
"Oh, we just won a Webby Award!" Kelly excitedly shouted in the clip. "Best Social Series for Kellyoke Sound Check! Thank you to all my musical guests."
She even went on to reveal a surprising behind-the-scenes detail. "I don't think people realize how quick ... We literally walk in, I could have never even met this artist, and we do it once. And then we do it for the show, and it's a testament to how talented all the people that come on are. And to my band and to [the social] team."
