Sarah and Bryan Baeumler have been staples on HGTV for years. But, although they've made appearances on competition shows like Rock the Block, 100 Day Hotel Challenge, and Battle on the Beach, it's been a while since we've seen them in their own series. Now, they're stepping in to help out Ben and Erin Napier in Sebring, Florida, for the new season of Home Town Takeover, and fans are left wondering what's next for the couple.

Sarah has given a few hints in the past few months, but nothing official has been announced. In a recent Instagram post, she wrote, "The past few weeks have been a whirlwind—hopping from Turks to Exuma to Naples, moving offices (big update coming soon!), and lots of filming in between. With so much happening, I always find myself returning to this place when I need a moment to just press pause. Another adventure is just around the corner, and emotions are running high, but there’s comfort in knowing that with time and some hard work, everything will fall into place."

We know that Sarah and Bryan have been working on the renovation of Pines & Palms Resort in Islamorada. The Instagram account for the resort in the Florida Keys recently shared that the property celebrated its grand re-opening, and said it will be "featured on HGTV this fall." The Baeumlers are shown in the photos, but no specifics have been released.

The natives of Canada are affiliated with Corus Entertainment, which launched two new TV networks, Flavour and Home, to replace Food Network Canada and HGTV Canada. A new series Building Baeumler will be a part of their lineup. According to a press release, Corus Entertainment describes the new show: "Building Baeumler sees fan-favourites Bryan and Sarah Baeumler give viewers an inside look at their lives as they tackle a resort renovation in the Florida Keys, expand their Bahamas property and invest in a new project in the area, and tackle a personal renovation back home in Canada."

A new season of Renovation Resort, Bryan's series with Scott McGillivray, debuts on the Canadian network this weekend. Typically, their shows air in Canada before being picked up for U.S. distribution. There's no word yet on when these shows will be available for audiences in the U.S. but we will stay tuned for details!
