Sara Haines has been an on-and-off co-host of The View since 2016, meaning she has a lot of experience working on a national TV show. Well, she opened up about what it's been like to be a part of such a well-recognized program ... and it turns out there are some interesting elements to it.

Sara joined her co-hosts Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Ana Navarro and Alyssa Farah Griffin for a live taping of the Behind the Table podcast at the 92nd Street Y in New York City on October 8. As part of the panel, Sara was asked about the good and not so good parts about being a host on The View. As she explained in a clip posted on Instagram, there is one heartwarming thing she adores about her current TV gig.

"The best part is when you do share things or you have conversations, and someone reaches out to you or you run into them and they feel seen," she stated in the snippet. "Oftentimes I walk off set and I'm like, 'Oh, did I just overshare?' ... And then someone reaches out to me, inevitably. It's almost 100% of the time. Someone says, 'Thank you for saying that thing today, because I feel so seen.' And then you feel reassured. That would be the best part."

But that's not all Sara had to say about the important parts about working on The View.

When asked about the toughest part of being a co-host, she explained how sometimes the backlash from fans on certain subjects can get to her. But she elaborated one important thing she always knows about working alongside her fellow co-stars, which adds to their ongoing bond.

"People always say, 'How can you walk away from that table and not be upset?' It's because we all trust each other," she added. "We all know each other's hearts. So even when we disagree, it's like family members that feel differently than you. You can still come right back and laugh with them a minute later and be fine and it brushes off your back."

We love to see a supportive team!
