There's nothing more special than seeing longtime friends support one another, and that's exactly what Lacey Chabert did for someone who's been in her life for close to 30 years.

On September 25, actress Jennifer Love Hewitt shared that she had received a physical copy of her upcoming memoir Inheriting Magic (out December 10). As she shared a tearful Instagram photo of her holding the book in her hands, the 9-1-1 star expressed how emotional she felt about bringing her story of learning through grief to life in a way that her fans can benefit from.

"From my heart came the need to let go of more grief," Jennifer began in a lengthy caption. "To celebrate my mom, the love I found and the family we made. To share magic in order to keep magic going on and on for all of us to experience. In my brain I formed the idea and then never stopped believing it could happen. And today in my hands I am holding it. I cried so many sad and happy tears writing this and then again holding it for the first time. My kids are so proud. I really hope you love it and I have no words for how honored I am to have been her daughter."

"Inheriting magic is a feeling and a mission for us all to make this precious life a little more special," she added. "I am gratitude filled and sending love to you all."

Given how Jennifer and Lacey have known each other since their days starring on Party of Five together, it was only fitting that Lacey would leave a heartfelt note for her friend's incredible achievement.

"I can't wait to read it! Congratulations!!!! πŸ’œπŸŽ‰," she replied in the comments.

Lacey wasn't the only one thrilled by Jennifer's news. Fans were equally excited about what's to come.

"OMG. So proud of you. Congrats. Can't wait for my copy! ❀️," one person wrote. "I’m so proud of you and cannot wait to read it πŸ’•βœ¨," another penned. "πŸ₯‚ πŸ”₯πŸ™Œβ€οΈ I think that's wonderful. πŸ₯² what a special tribute to your mother. 😍," a different follower added.

Viewers may remember Lacey portrayed Claudia Salinger throughout Party of Five's 6-season run, while Jennifer played Sarah Reeves Merrin beginning from season 2. Although the two haven't worked together in some time (the last time was Lacey guest-starring on Jennifer's series Ghost Whisperer), we're elated to see their friendship is as strong as it was back in the day.

Maybe this is a step closer to seeing them back on screen together one day.
