As one of the most popular shows on television, fans can't get enough of the adventures that come from Only Murders in the Building. And with season 4 currently airing new episodes on Hulu, there's one thing that continually has people stopping and staring with each installment. Mainly, they're obsessed with all things Selena Gomez, including the incredible makeup she wears as Mabel Mora throughout the show.
Well, for those who always wanted to look like Selena, there's now a way you can channel her aesthetic IRL. The actress' makeup brand Rare Beauty released a new product inspired by Only Murders in the Building, titled Mabel Mora's Go-To Duo. Fans can purchase the set, which includes two of the character's must-haves: the Soft Pinch Liquid Blush in "Resilience" (an exclusive shade for this launch) and the Soft Pinch Tinted Lip Oil in "Delight."
"To celebrate season four of Only Murders in the Building, we were thrilled to collaborate with Hulu on a limited-edition makeup set inspired by our founder Selena Gomez’s character Mabel Mora," said Katie Welch, Rare Beauty's Chief Marketing Officer, in a statement to Good Housekeeping. "Our bestselling Soft Pinch Liquid Blush and Soft Pinch Tinted Lip Oil in wearable, rosy brown hues are perfect for creating easy, everyday looks that fans of the show can recreate."
While the set was originally sold at Sephora and on Rare Beauty's official website for $30, it featured two products fans continue to rave about on social media. The Soft Pinch Liquid Blush in particular sells out online quite often, and when tested by the Good Housekeeping Institute back in April 2023, former commerce editor Jacqueline Saguin noted its highly pigmented formula and the fact it comes in shades that suit different skin tones and types.
"Each and every one of our testers agreed that Rare Beauty's liquid blush delivers a high-quality pigment that results in a pretty, natural glow," she said. "While it takes a bit of practice to figure out the right amount to apply, because you'll only need a little bit for each application, one tube should last you for months."
Despite the exclusive set selling out on both Sephora and Rare Beauty's websites, you didn't think we'd leave you hanging, did you? The exact lip oil shade is being sold individually on both retail sites, while a similar liquid blush shade, "Virtue" is available as well. And don't worry — if there is a restock, we'll be sure to update this story so you can snag the duo at a later point.
