Is there anything more heartwarming than seeing Valerie Bertinelli find true love once more?

The former Food Network star went public with her relationship with Mike Goodnough in April, and the couple has since documented private moments of their romance for followers on social media. Well, Valerie is celebrating a personal milestone for Mike, as she went on Instagram to wish her boyfriend a happy birthday. As she posted a selfie Mike took of them all dressed up with her kissing him on the cheek, Valerie couldn't help but use the romantic note as a way to tease him about sweet elements of their coupling.

"If there’s one thing about Mike (there are many things) he’s not fond of backlighting," she penned on August 17. "I, on the other hand, think backlighting is beautiful. As evidenced by this picture … that Mike took. Sometimes it pays to listen to your elders. Happy birthday Mike ♥️. You may be another year older, but you’re still younger than me. 😆."

Although the Hot in Cleveland alum poked fun at Mike in an affectionate way, seeing her message to him had fans melting at how in love she was after her 2022 divorce from ex-husband Tom Vitale and her 2007 split from late musician Eddie Van Halen (with whom she shares son Wolfgang).

"I just love your love story! You are a beautiful couple. I hope he treats you like the Queen that you are ❤️," one person wrote. "Happiness looks good in any light. It certainly looks good on you," another replied.

As fans are well aware of, Valerie hasn't held back about wanting to find love after years of heartbreak. What's more, Mike seems equally smitten with Valerie, as he shared upon first revealing their romance on his Hoarse Whisperings Substack back in April.

"I am Valerie Bertinelli’s boyfriend … and that may well be among the most surreal sentences I’ve ever pecked out," he wrote at the time, via Entertainment Tonight. "But it’s true … and nothing about our actual relationship seems surreal. It just seems … good … lucky … a gift."

We can't stop smiling for the happy couple!
