Rachael Ray in Tuscany is Rachael’s newest project, highlighting her favorite Italian specialties and the local ingredients needed to create them. Season 1 features 14 episodes, all of which are just 20 minutes long. In the inaugural season, Rachael teaches viewers how to cook rabbit ragu, pollo al mattone, squid ink pasta, ribollita, chicken piccata, and more.
