When it comes to the Daytime Emmy Awards, this isn't Kelly Clarkson's first rodeo. The pop star and talk show host has yet to leave the awards ceremony empty-handed, and this year was no exception.
Kelly attended the Daytime Emmy Awards in Los Angeles this weekend, accompanied by several members of The Kelly Clarkson Show production team. For the fourth year running, The Kelly Clarkson Show came out on top in the Outstanding Daytime Talk Series category.
The popular talk show also won two more awards in the lighting and direction and outstanding live sound mixing and sound editing categories. The past four years, Clarkson won Outstanding Host, but this year Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos won the category.
"Thank you @daytimeemmys and thank you to my entire team at the @kellyclarksonshow. I have the best team so thankful we won Best Daytime Talk Show!!," Kelly wrote on her Instagram following the show.
Kelly Clarkson dressed to impress for the special event in a stunning floor-length gown. The hot pink satin dress, complete with modern shoulder pads and dramatic cape sleeves, was an absolute show-stopper on Kelly. She wore her hair in an updo with pink earrings to match her dress. Kelly has years of experience dressing for red carpet events, and it shows!
