Watch out, world, because Whoopi Goldberg is adding a new interactive skill to her resume.

The View star is famous for her acting and being a longtime TV host, but she decided to show off a surprise hidden talent in a way no one saw coming. In a new Instagram video uploaded by her hairstylist Derick Monroe, Whoopi decided to dive into the world of TikTok challenges by trying out the "Big God" dance for the cameras. As she stood in front of Derick and her stylist Karen Dupiche, the three got groovy in Whoopi's dressing room and enjoyed themselves while performing the routine.

"@whoopigoldberg was like we have to learn this dance! And so we did!" Derick captioned the snippet on February 21. "Sometimes you need the reminder that in spite of everything you are facing YOU HAVE A VERY BIG GOD!"

What's more, the Sister Act alum wanted everyone else to get in on the action by displaying their own versions of the dance online.

"We are challenging everybody to do the 'I have a big God' dance," she told her followers. "We did it here in the dressing room, and you can do it anywhere you are, because it's fairly easy ... You can do this! See? No lightning here!"

Upon seeing Whoopi participate in a viral social media challenge, many couldn't stop raving about her dance moves online.

"I would happily join Whoopi in ANY dance of her choosing. Let’s goooooooo!" one person wrote in the comments on Instagram. "Get it Whoopi! 🙌🏽🙌🏽 Thanks for the tutorial!! 😍 💃🏽," another replied. "Now this is EPIC!!" a different follower added.

Although Whoopi doesn't always share her love of dance on social media, this isn't the only time folks have seen her try out different routines. Back on The View in May 2015, former NFL star Deion Sanders successfully taught the media personality the famous end zone dance move he did when he made a touchdown.

As for the origins of the "Big God" TikTok dance, videos featuring the steps seemingly date back to November 2023 on the platform. Since then, many creators have performed their own versions of it, with some reaching over 5 million views.

Looks like Whoopi needs to get her dancing shoes on more often!
