The only thing more vibrant than Gwen Stefani's ice-blonde locks? Her one-of-a-kind outfits. The former No Doubt singer has never shied away from out-there looks — bikini tops, mesh tanks and capris over fishnet stockings were just a few staples she hit the red carpet in back in the early 2000s.
But even twenty years later, the "Hollaback Girl" still knows how to surprise with her style — and that's exactly what she did ahead of The Voice's season 24 finale.
During the part 1 taping of the two-part season 24 finale, the Team Gwen coach wore a strapless pale blue-and-pink feathered dress by Marchesa with platform lace-up heels. She accessorized with diamond bangles and charm bracelets, a diamond choker necklace, matching dangly earrings and a variety of diamond rings. Her hair was piled on top of her head in a messy bun with a few curled tendrils framing her face. She wore a matching shimmery silver eyeshadow with heavy black eyeliner and a glossy pink lip.
The "Rich Girl" songwriter looked like she was channeling Frozen's Queen Elsa, and fans of the hit reality show rushed to let her know.
"Gorgeous ice princess!!!," one person commented. "All class and beauty 🙌," another chimed in. "It’s giving royalty 👑✨," someone else said. A different individual wrote, "Omggg you eat it up everytimeee. No misses, just stunning."
The 54-year-old singer joins judges Reba McEntire, John Legend and Niall Horan tonight to see who ultimately will be crowned the winner. Although Gwen doesn't have anyone from her team in the final five, she's not backing down from showing up to the final episode of The Voice in style. Five musicians remain — two for Team Reba, two for Team Niall and one for Team Legend.
Sadly, Gwen and Niall will not be returning for the show's upcoming season 25. Instead, Reba and John will be joined by new coaches Dan + Shay and Chance the Rapper will be returning (he previously coached in season 23). Gwen, who has coached seven different seasons (not consecutively), is leaving just one year after her husband, Blake Shelton, departed the music competition. Blake was one of the original coaches when the show premiered back in 2011 and stayed for 23 seasons.
In an exclusive with Entertainment Tonight, Gwen said, "I feel sad and excited at the same time. . . It's exciting, still, because I've fallen in love with so many people out there and they're just so good. I can't wait to see what's going to happen."
Part one of the finale aired last night, Monday, December 18, and part two airs tonight, Tuesday, December 19 at 9 p.m. ET on NBC, live or through Peacock.
