Ariana Madix has some exciting news after competing on Dancing With the Stars.

The hit ABC series wrapped season 32 on December 5, and while Xóchitl Gómez was officially declared the winner, the Vanderpump Rules star went on Instagram to announce she won in her own way. In a short video posted on December 6, Ariana revealed she will be moving to New York for 12 weeks, where she will perform the role of Roxie Hart in the hit Broadway musical Chicago starting on January 29, 2024.

"You may have heard, but I am absolutely thrilled to tell you that I will be joining the cast of Chicago the musical on Broadway, playing Roxie Hart," she excitedly told her followers in the clip. "This is an absolute life-long dream of mine, so I am just absolutely over the moon. Can't wait to see you there!"

Given the highs and lows Ariana's has had over the course of the year, seeing the Bravo personality thriving, fans were elated over this announcement.

"Beyond thrilled for you!!! You are going to kill it. Cannot wait to see!!!" one person congratulated her on Instagram. "It’s Ariana’s era, and we are living for it!! QUEEN! Break a leg @arianamadix 💕," another declared. "Thrilled for you!! You finally get to live out your dream! Well deserved. You are so talented! ♥️," a different follower rejoiced.

It's important to note that the Single AF Cocktails author is not the first person in the Bravo universe to star on the Great White Way. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Lisa Rinna and Erika Jayne both portrayed Roxie Hart in Chicago, with Erika's stint being taped for the hit reality show in early 2020. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss also appeared in the musical, playing Matron "Mama" Morton.

As for how Ariana feels about stepping into the Broadway spotlight, she explained to Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos how special this moment was for her.

"It is just the biggest dream come true," she said on Live with Kelly and Mark on December 6. "I cannot believe this is real life. I'm going to cry!"

Congrats, Ariana, and we look forward to seeing you make your Broadway debut!
