Kerry Washington, 46, has played a lot of memorable roles, but none more iconic than that of Olivia Pope in the American political drama Scandal which ran for seven seasons on ABC. And even though the show ended all the way back in 2018, fans of the Shonda Rhimes-produced series can't help but call out that Kerry can't stop channeling Miss Pope in so many of her outfits.

Thicker than Water: A Memoir

The Unprisoned actress stepped out in London earlier this week in a monochromatic light brown look by designer Michael Kors that had social media going crazy in her comment section. She paired a turtleneck and high-waisted skirt with thigh-high slits that ended just below the knee with knee-high boots and a long-sleeve oversized tailored coat. She added a chunky belt over the skirt and accessorized with a small purse, silver rings, thick silver hoop earrings and black nail polish. She continued the monochromatic theme with bronze eyeshadow, heavy black liner and a nude pink lip.

Not even a few hours after posting a few photos of the outfit with the caption, "London is Londoning 🇬🇧☔️❤️," fans were quick to point out the resemblance between her current outfit and old ones from her character in Scandal.

"It’s giving Olivia but the legs are all Ms. Washington ❤️❤️❤️," a fan wrote. “London looks smoking hot on you 🥵," another chimed in. "Okay, you’re just stunning ❤️,” someone else said. One person commented, "Olivia Pope in England to cover up some 'Royal' scandal🔥🔥🔥.”

The Little Fires Everywhere star is currently in London for her book tour for her new autobiography, Thicker than Water: A Memoir, which gives insight into "her life-changing journey of self-discovery," as she looks back on her upbringing and life in the public spotlight. She'll wrap up the tour on October 21 before continuing on to Miami on November 12.
