John Stamos is taking fans on a journey through his life, and he just gave a big clue into his biggest career move yet.

In September 2022, fans of the Full House alum learned of his plans to write a memoir titled If You Would Have Told Me. As the book's October 24 release date quickly approaches, John decided to clue fans into a surprisingly sentimental moment in the publishing process. Posting an Instagram video of him opening up a box filled with books, he documented his emotions in regard to holding the finished copy in his hands for the very first time.

"If you would’ve told me one day, I’d be unboxing my memoir … what a trip," he wrote on October 3. "Feeling really grateful for this moment and all the beautiful people who helped to make this book happen. #IfYouWouldHaveToldMe is available 10/24."

The moment was so sweet, even fans couldn't help but get emotional after seeing the video.

"There is no feeling in the world like opening that box. Well done my friend," one person wrote on Instagram. "This is fantastic! What a wonderful mark of distinction to be an author! Congratulations John!" another replied. "Congrats John! Great cover shot! No doubt to be a best seller! 🙌👏📖🤓🥰," a different follower agreed.

Please excuse us, because we may just have some tears in our eyes from this ...
