Blake Shelton may not be on The Voice season 24, but that doesn't mean that the upcoming coaches aren't still dealing with his hilarious antics.

Current coach Niall Horan celebrated his 30th birthday on September 13, and Blake (who starred alongside him in season 23) couldn't help but troll his friend with an epic birthday wish. Taking to X (formerly known as Twitter) to celebrate the occasion, Blake didn't exactly share a photo of the former One Direction band member. Instead, he chose up to upload an image of another famous Irish person in his place: Downton Abbey star Allen Leech, who looks to be a close doppelgänger of Niall.

"Happy birthday to my good friend @NiallOfficial!" he captioned the humorous post. "Have a great one buddy!"

Because of the unique way Blake chose to call out his friend on social media, it didn't take long for fans to take to the comments sections to share their thoughts.

"😂😂😂 Now [you] can't do [your] son like that," one person jested, referencing the duo's continuous quip throughout season 23 about being related. "You kill me in the best possible way 🤣 Happy Birthday @NiallOfficial 🎂❤️," another wrote. "Well at least you got the country right 😂😂 Love you Blake ❤️ and happy birthday to your son @NiallOfficial 😂❤️🥳," a different follower added.

While it may seem odd that Blake specifically decided to add a picture of Allen as a way to tease Niall, it turns, out this isn't the only time it's happened. Back in September 2019, Allen appeared on The Late Late Show With James Corden, where the subject of him looking like Niall came up in conversation. Luckily, he didn't have any qualms about being compared to the "Heaven" singer whatsoever.

"It's flattering," he explained. "He only recently tweeted that he was in a restaurant and a waiter said, 'Has anyone ever told you [that] you look like that guy from Downton Abbey? So, I'm guessing that Niall had a really big night ... if he started to look like me, I'm worried."

Maybe it's time for Blake, Niall and Allen to get in a room together?
