Fans know Blake Shelton to be many things: singer, celebrity coach, bar owner. But if folks thought he was ready to slow down, they thought wrong because he already has a new business venture.

In a surprise post uploaded on Instagram, The Voice alum announced that he and television producer Lee Metzger started their own production company called Lucky Horseshoe Productions. According to Deadline, the duo know each other from the NBC competition series, where Lee was an executive producer for 13 seasons. He also teamed up with Blake for the USA Network series Barmageddon, where Lee was a producer and Blake hosted alongside Carson Daly and Nikki Garcia. What's more, the news came just days after he left The Voice after 23 seasons.

"Hell yeah! Really excited to partner with my buddy @leemetzger_ on this new project," Blake wrote on May 25. "It's been such a blast creating #Barmageddon ... can't wait to keep it going and see what we can also do next! More to come!!!!!"

Shortly after Blake's announcement, Lee spoke out with his own excitement. "This is a lot of pressure, I hope I don’t screw it up!" he replied in the comments. "But psyched to go on this never ending happy hour with you!"

The Voice fans were just as ecstatic to hear about the new business opportunity. "BLAKE THE PRODUCER SOUNDS HELL RIGHT 😍," one person wrote in the Instagram comments. "Soooo excited about this! Where can I submit my resume?? 🤘💥," another inquired. "Good Luck Blake you will be awesome whatever you do ❤️💕," a different fan raved.

While the business partners haven't disclosed any new titles from the company, a major update about Barmageddon did drop in late March. The show's Instagram shared that folks can now stream the variety show on Peacock any time they wish. What's more, Blake revealed that not only did the series get green lit for season 2, but new episodes are on the way.

With that information, we're getting our calendar apps ready, because it's only a matter of time before we get Blake back on our TVs!
