Get ready folks, because Thor: Love and Thunder will be available to stream starting September 8. Chris Hemsworth was the first to make the big announcement on his Instagram, sharing an official poster for the film in late August.
"Get your couches ready for the premiere of Thor: Love and Thunder on @DisneyPlus on September 8th. #DisneyPlusDay," he captioned the post.
The movie will begin stream the same day as Disney Plus Day, an annual event where the site reveals the new content it plans on rolling out in the future. In addition, a documentary about making the film will air the same day, titled Marvel Studios' Assembled: The Making of Thor: Love and Thunder.
Now, you may be thinking about how you can stream Thor: Love and Thunder on Disney+ when it becomes available to watch from home. If you're a new subscriber, the streamer has multiple plans for viewers, starting at $7.99 a month or $79.99 a year. For those who want to include Hulu and ESPN+ to their services, there is the Disney Bundle which starts at $13.99 a month.
