Compared to other mattresses we've tested, this pick from Nolah performed the best with users with chronic back and hip pain in our evaluations, receiving good scores for comfort and support.

What stands out most about Nolah is its unique foam. Beyond that, multiple panelists called it "the perfect balance of soft and firm," and some compared it to "sleeping on air."
