Since it may be hard to find corn husks in the right mix of yellow, orange and red shades, dye your own by mixing 6 cups water, 3 Tbsp vinegar and 1 cup liquid fabric dye. Soak the dried corn husk in each mixture for 20 minutes, then rinse and let dry. Iron the husks flat and layer them around a 12" foam wreath until it resembles a stunning sunburst.

Painted Pine Cone Wreath

Chances are, your backyard has dozens of pine cones scattered about. Gather a few dozen (say, 40?) and coat the tips with acrylic paint in the colors of your choice. For added dimension, sprinkle a few with gold and copper glitter. Once they're all dry, wrap an 18" length of floral wire around the base of each pine cone and then secure them to a wreath form.
