Orange-Apricot Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb.
cranberries
- 1/2 cup
dried apricots, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- 2 tsp.
orange zest
- 1/4 cup
fresh orange juice
- 1/3 cup
granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup
packed brown sugar
- 4
sprigs fresh thyme
Directions
- Step 1In an Instant Pot, combine cranberries, apricots, orange zest and juice, sugars, and thyme
- Step 2Cover and lock the lid. Cook on Manual High Pressure for 6 minutes. Use natural releace for 5 minutes, before releasing any remaining pressure. Unlock the lid. Remove and discard thyme sprigs.
- Step 3Let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
