Where were you when you first heard about Joe Exotic? Many of us were completely unaware of the wild, unhinged world of private zoos and big cat breeding — that is, before Netflix dropped Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness. Suddenly, the show become a full-blown, pop-culture phenomenon, thanks mostly to the cast of colorful characters.
