When you wake up on Christmas Day — whether you celebrate the holiday or not — you might be looking for a nice breakast. Or, come mid-day, you might be thinking about what you're going to have for lunch. But there's a good chance that you don’t want to spend the long-awaited day-off in the kitchen cooking up a storm. For your coffee, definitely head to Starbucks (and treat yourself to one of their winter-y drinks). For a full stack of pancakes, try out Denny's. And when you're craving some late-night pizza, Domino's can be your go-to. Just don’t forget, before you go outside and defrost your car, give your local franchise a call to confirm hours and ask what’s on the menu.

Oh, and if you *do* want to cook (but haven't prepared anything in advance), you can likely find all of the ingredients you'll need at one of these grocery stores that are open on Christmas Day (phew!).
