  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups SPLENDA® Sugar Blend
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp. + 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    1. Step 1Preheat oven to 350º F. Whisk together oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until combined. Add in remaining dry ingredients and mix well.
    2. Step 2Line a 9x9 brownie pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Pour in batter, spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
    3. Step 3Take out of oven and cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to continue cooling on wire rack. Cut into small triangles using a knife.
    4. Step 4Decorate the brownie trees as desired. Optional: Use icing and sprinkles to decorate, and use lollipop sticks or candy canes as the trunks of the mini Christmas trees.
