Beanie Babies
This easy-to-make and comfy-to-wear costume will transport you right back to the 90s. Cut ears from felt and attach them to a hoodie with hot glue. Cut a heart-shaped tag from red cardstock. Punch a hole at the edge and tie it around your neck using red ribbon. For an extra authentic look, cover the tag in clear contact paper so it doesn’t lose value (wink wink!). Pair your getup with oversized round sunglasses to complete the look.
Crocs
Dress up as everyone's favorite pair of comfort shoes this Halloween and add Jibbitz for some personality! On a sheet of cardboard, trace the outline of a Crocs shoe. Cut out the shape using an X-Acto knife or box cutter. Cut one large hole in the upper center for your face, and add seven smaller holes around it. Cut another strip out of cardboard and fold the edges to create a 3D strap.
Paint your Croc and strap with craft paint (you might need a few coats!), and then attach your strap to the back of the shoe using hot glue. Outline your croc with a darker or lighter shade of paint to make it pop, and use felt, craft foam or paper to create your Jibbitz. Once all your pieces are hot glued together, attach backpack-style straps to the back of the shoe with thick ribbon and hot glue. P.S.: Don't forget to wear your favorite pair of Crocs!
Bob's Burgers
This hilarious duo is surprisingly pretty simple to dress up as. Rock a white apron, grab a bushy mustache and Linda-like wig and show up to your Halloween bash with a burger or two — everyone will know who you are immediately.
'Grease'-Inspired Fits
Use whatever you have in your closet to recreate this iconic look from the 50s and 60s. You'll need a pair of jeans and a white tee or off-the-shoulder top. Throw in a leather jacket and you're ready to head out the door (and stay comfortable in the process, too).
Pantone Color Combo
If you and your partner are the artsy type, there's nothing more creative than showing up to the party as your favorite Pantone color combo. Just choose your hues and apply a white adhesive with black letters to spell Pantone. You'll complement each other perfectly.
Michael Phelps and Nicole Johnson
Throw it back to the Rio Olympics with this easy-to-pull off couples costume. With just a swim cap, a few gold medals and some red, white and blue fits, you and your partner are bound to make everyone laugh. Carry around a toy babydoll as Boomer for the ultimate finishing touch.
Wednesday and Pugsley Addams
Looking for a costume that's quick to pull together yet still super recognizable? Pair up as Wednesday and Pugsley Addams. All you need is a black and white striped shirt, black shorts and black socks for Pugsley and a black dress, white collared shirt and black stockings for Wednesday.
Ladybug and Daddy Long Legs
The perfect maternity costume? You bet, especially because it's so comfortable. But you don't have to be expecting to wear this ultra-adorable (and warm!) getup. For the ladybug, cut a red poncho up the middle, curving the cut-out at the bottom to make the wings. Cut black spots out of foam paper to hot glue on each side. Then, paint two foam balls black, attaching one to each end of a pipe cleaner. Attach to a headband.
For the daddy long legs costume, attach three giant pipe cleaners to each side of an umbrella. Cut out white and black circles out of foam paper to make eyes. Attach to the front of the umbrella using hot glue. Cut two triangles for fangs and attach to the bottom of the umbrella.
Charcuterie
Wine and cheese are musts during date night, so why not bring your favorite things to Halloween? A little crafting is required, but there's no arguing with the adorable results. Create the wedge and wheel of gouda with a styrofoam cake round. Decorate the cake round with yellow and red craft paint, cut out a 1/4-sized wedge as a prop and secure the rest of it onto a headband.
For the grape headband, you'll need purple holiday ornaments. Cut several 12-inch lengths of floral wire. Thread an ornament onto the center of each wire and twist the ends together. Gather all of the wired ornaments together and twist the wires together to create a tapered bunch of grapes and trim any excess wire pieces. Wrap any exposed wire with floral tape. Cut a leaf shape from green paper and attach it to the bunch with hot glue. Wire two small hair combs to the bottom of the bunch to secure onto your head.
Dunkings
Time to channel your inner Ben Affleck and Matt Damon for this fun costume. Recreate the magic of the Super Bowl commercial by using our Dunkings logo to print out iron-on patches. After finding matching orange sweat suits, iron on the logos and accessorize in Dunkin' pink. Dunkin' coffee and donuts are not required but definitely encouraged.
Lip Smackers
This will bring you right back to the days of butterfly clips, *NSYNC and body glitter. To make this costume with your partner, pick out matching or different bright-colored t-shirt dresses and use our Lip Smackers template to create iron-on patches for the front of your gowns. Create "caps" with matching plastic beach buckets and pair your costumes with clear jelly shoes. Early 2000s, here you come!

All you two need to do is layer on as much white clothing as you want and walk around with a tub of CeraVe night cream all night. If you want to drive home the point, you can print out a picture of the actor and tape it onto the container, but that's definitely not required. Some people might not get it no matter what you do — but those who do will appreciate the clever creativity.

The latest season of the Netflix hit Bridgerton might be focusing on friends-turned-lovers Colin Bridgerton and Penelope Featherington, but you can channel any of the show's couples (Daphne and Simon, Anthony and Kate) with the right dress, waistcoat and accessories.
