Ingredients
Bright green pitted olives
Spicy pickled peppers or pieces of pickled red cherry peppers
Peeled, pitted lychees
Blueberries
Vodka or gin
Dry vermouth (optional)
Ice
Lemon twist
Directions
- Step 1Fill olives with peppers and thread sets of 2 onto cocktail picks.
- Step 2Fill each lychee with 1 blueberry and thread sets of 2 onto cocktail picks.
- Step 3For each martini, add 2 oz (1/4 cup) vodka or gin and 1 Tbsp dry vermouth, if using, to cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until very cold. Pour into coupe glass, twist lemon peel over drink, then discard lemon peel, and serve with lychee or olive “eyes.”
