Ingredients
- 12 oz.
watermelon chunks, plus watermelon slices, for serving
- 1/2 cup
fresh lime juice, plus lime slices, for garnish
- 3/4 cup
blanco tequila
- 1/4 cup
Cointreau
Coarse salt and finely grated lime zest, for glasses
Directions
- Step 1In blender, puree watermelon and lime juice. Let mixture settle, then strain into pitcher. Stir in tequila and Cointreau.
- Step 2If desired, rub rims of 4 glasses with lime slice and dip in coarse salt and lime zest to coat. Add ice and margarita, then garnish with lime slices and watermelon wedges if desired.
