3 oz.
ginger beer
1/2 oz.
fresh lime juice
2 oz.
dark rum (we used Gosling's)
Candied ginger, for serving

Directions

1. Step 1To a glass with ice, add ginger beer and lime juice, then top with dark rum and garnish with candied ginger.
