Ingredients
- 1 lb.
sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1/4 cup
fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup
fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup
fresh chives, chopped
- 1 Tbsp.
finely grated lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp.
pure maple syrup, plus more for serving
Directions
- Step 1In medium bowl, mix together sausage, parsley, dill, chive, and lemon zest. Form into 16 small patties, each about 1/4 inches thick.
- Step 2Cook patties in nonstick skillet on medium until golden brown and cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to platter and brush with syrup. Serve with extra syrup if desired.
