Citrus and Mint Berries

Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped mint
- 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of coarse salt
Directions
- Step 1Mix blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries in a bowl with lemon juice, chopped mint, pure vanilla extract, and a pinch of coarse salt.
- Step 2Transfer to a container and keep chilled.
