This grain makes a great healthy base for nearly any dish. It fills you up and couldn't be simpler to make.

Ingredients
- 2 2/3 cups water
- 1 1/3 cups quinoa
Directions
- Step 1Combine water with quinoa in a pot, and bring to a boil.
- Step 2Cover, and reduce heat to low.
- Step 3Simmer until water is absorbed and quinoa is tender, 15 min.
- Step 4Remove from heat, and let cool.
