Ingredients
- 8 cups
small cauliflower florets, stems trimmed
- 3 Tbsp.
olive oil
- 1/4 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp.
garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp.
turmeric
Kosher salt and pepper
Directions
- Step 1On large rimmed baking sheet, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, turmeric and pinch salt and pepper.
- Step 2Roast in 475°F oven until browned and tender, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
