To make the horseradish filling, mash yolks with 3 tablespoons mayo, 1/4 cup prepared horseradish, drained very well, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Pipe into beet-dyed egg whites; garnish with fresh dill.
