Ingredients
- 4 ears corn, husked
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup Spicy Cilantro Pesto
- 1/4 cup grated pecorino
Directions
- Step 1Brush corn with olive oil.
- Step 2Grill on high until slightly charred, 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Step 3Brush with Spicy Cilantro Pesto and sprinkle with grated Pecorino before serving.
