Ingredients
- 1 cup Classic Ricotta (link in step 1)
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- Kosher salt
- 6 jalapeno chiles, halved lengthwise
- 1/2 cup finely crushed potato chips
Directions
- Step 1Stir together Classic Ricotta, Cheddar, green onion and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Spoon into jalapenos and top with potato chips.
- Step 2Bake in 375 degree oven 20 minutes or until chiles are tender.
