Ingredients
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
Spice Mixture
- 2 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp. celery salt
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. dried thyme
Directions
- Step 1In medium bowl, whisk buttermilk, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, parsley, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, green onion, and 2 teaspoons spice mixture.
- Step 2Makes 1 1/4 cup. Can be made up to 1 day ahead. Keep refrigerated until 30 minutes before serving.
