- Turkey drippings
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Step 1Place roasting pan with turkey drippings on 2 burners. Heat on medium. Sprinkle all-purpose flour over drippings. Cook 2 minutes, stirring with wooden spoon. Whisk in apple cider and water until smooth.
- Step 2With spoon, scrape up browned bits from pan. Heat to simmering on medium-high. Simmer 5 minutes or until reduced slightly, stirring. Strain into fat separator. Make 2 2/3 cups. Serve hot.
