For the Ginger Dijon Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup
toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 cup
rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup
Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp.
grated peeled fresh ginger
Kosher salt
black pepper
For the Salad
Grilled steak
baby kale
Sliced cucumbers
fresh corn kernels
Directions
- Step 1Make the Ginger Dijon Vinaigrette: Shake sesame oil, rice vinegar, Dijon, ginger, salt and pepper.
- Step 2Make the Salad: Drizzle ginger vinaigrette over steak, baby kale, cucumbers, and corn.
