- 1/2 cup packed fresh mint
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup shelled pistachios
- Grated peel of 1 med. orange
- 1/4 cup Pecorino cheese, packed and finely grated
- Kosher salt
Directions
- Step 1Blend mint, olive oil, pistachios, orange peel, Pecorino cheese, and 1/4 teaspoon salt until mostly smooth.
