Ingredients
Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 ball homemade pizza dough
- 3 Tbsp. plus 4 1/2 tsp. softened butter, divided
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Glaze
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Step 1With lightly floured rolling pin, roll 1 ball homemade dough to 15" by 12" rectangle. Spread with 3 tablespoons softened butter; sprinkle with light brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll tightly from long side to form log. Cut into 9 even pieces; place in greased 8" by 8" baking pan,cut sides up. Dollop top of each with 1/2 teaspoon softened butter.
- Step 2Bake at 375°F 20 minutes, covered, then uncover and bake another 15 to 20 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
- Step 3Mix confectioners’ sugar, milk and pinch salt until smooth.
- Step 4When rolls have cooled slightly, drizzle with glaze. Serve warm.
