Ingredients
- 1/4 cup
turbinado sugar
- 1/4 tsp.
pumpkin pie spice plus a pinch
- 1 Tbsp.
honey
- 2 oz.
vodka
- 1 oz.
Kahlúa
Ice cubes, for serving
Splash of heavy cream
Directions
- Step 1In shallow bowl, mix sugar and 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice. Put honey in second shallow bowl. Dip rim of rocks glass into honey, then gently twist in spiced sugar to create sugared rim.
- Step 2In rimmed glass, mix vodka, Kahlúa and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice. Add ice cubes, top with heavy cream and stir.
