Italian Shaved Ice Granita

Made with lemonade, limoncello, and raspberries, this boozy, frozen treat is the ideal light dessert after a hearty Italian meal.

Ingredients
- 2 cups
lemonade
- 1/2 cup
limoncello
- 6 oz.
fresh or frozen raspberries
Zest of 1 lemon
Raspberries and lemon zest, for serving
Directions
- Step 1In blender, puree lemonade, limoncello, raspberries and lemon zest until smooth. Pour into metal loaf or square pan, cover and freeze until set, about 4 hours.
- Step 2To serve, use fork to scrape surface of ice to create large flakes. Divide among bowls. Top with raspberries and zest, if desired.
