How to Make Caramel Apples
Insert stick into stem end of each apple.
In medium saucepan, combine caramels and water.
Cook, stirring, on medium-low until caramels are completely melted and smooth.
Slightly tip pan at an angle and dip 1 apple into caramel mixture, rotating to cover completely.
Immediately press toppings onto top or bottom of caramel and transfer to prepared baking sheet.
