For the perfect holiday snack, serve these cashews while they're still warm.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups raw cashews
  • 2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. dark brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne (ground red) pepper

Directions

    1. Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
    2. Step 2On 18-inch by 12-inch jelly-roll pan, arrange cashews in single layer. Roast 10 to 12 minutes or until nuts are toasted and heated through.
    3. Step 3Meanwhile, in large bowl, stir together rosemary, butter, sugar, salt, and cayenne until combined.
    4. Step 4Add hot cashews to bowl with rosemary mixture; toss until nuts are well coated.
