Ingredients
- 2 cups All-You-Can-Eat Soup Diet Basic Recipe
- 1 oz. rice noodles
- 4 oz. shelled and deveined medium shrimp
- 12 halved snow peas
- 1 pinch ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1/4 cup light coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp. grated fresh lime peel
- 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
Directions
- Step 1Prepare All-You-Can-Eat Soup Diet Basic Recipe.
- Step 2In bowl, cover rice noodles with hot water. Let stand 10 minutes; drain. Heat Basic Soup to boiling. Stir in shrimp, snow peas, a pinch red pepper, and soaked noodles; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn opaque, stirring occasionally. Remove saucepan from heat; stir in coconut milk, lime peel, and lime juice.
