- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bag fresh spinach
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Step 1Warm large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and garlic; sauté 30 seconds, stirring, until garlic softens but does not brown.
- Step 2Add spinach; cook, tossing with tongs until just wilted. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
