Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-You-Can-Eat Soup Diet Basic Recipe
  • 3 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • cup fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 3 Tbsp. coarsely crumbled baked tortilla chips
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • Lime wedges

Directions

    1. Step 1Prepare All-You-Can-Eat Soup Diet Basic Recipe.
    2. Step 2To Basic Soup, stir in chicken chunks, corn, and cumin; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Stir in crumbled tortilla chips. Sprinkle cilantro. Serve with lime wedge.
