With hints of orange peel, rhubarb and vanilla, "the Italian Bitter of Turin" can stand in for Campari to make a white Negroni or a refreshing spritz. The recipe follows the 3-2-1 formula (3 ounces prosecco, 2 ounces aperitivo, 1 ounce club soda), but feel free to adjust the proportions to your liking.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz.

    prosecco, chilled

  • 2 oz.

    Gran Classico

  • 1 oz.

    club soda, chilled

  • Orange half-wheel, for garnish 

Directions

    1. Step 1Combine prosecco, Gran Classico, and club soda in ice-filled wineglass. Gently stir and garnish with orange half-wheel.
