Tajín Shrimp Cocktail with Creamy Cilantro Dip

Ingredients

sour cream
- 1/2 cup
cilantro, roughly chopped

scallion, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/2
serrano chile, seeded and roughly chopped
- 1
small clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp.
olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp.
fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp.
ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp.
ground coriander

precooked medium shrimp, peeled with tails intact
- 1/2 tsp.

Directions
- Step 1In mini food processor, puree sour cream, cilantro, scallion, serrano chile, garlic, oil, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, and 1/2 teaspoon salt until smooth.
- Step 2In large bowl, toss shrimp and Tajín to coat. Serve with dip.
