Cheesy Garlic Bread
Meet your new favorite.

Outrageously rich and cheesy, this crisp garlic bread garnered raves during testing. Cut into slices to serve with pasta or salad, or enjoy as a stand-alone snack you won’t want to share.
Ingredients

ciabatta rolls
- 1/4 cup
mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp.
grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 oz.
Colby Jack cheese, coarsely grated (about 1/3 cup)
- 1 oz.
whole-milk mozzarella cheese, coarsely grated (about 1/4 cup)
- 2 Tbsp.
flat-leaf parsley leaves, roughly chopped
- 1
large clove garlic, grated

Directions
- Step 1Arrange oven rack 6 inches from broiler, then heat oven to 450°F.
- Step 2Place ciabatta rolls on small rimmed baking sheet and bake until slightly crisp on the exterior and hot to the touch, 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer to cutting board, split lengthwise and return to sheet, cut sides up. Heat broiler on high.
- Step 3In medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, Parmesan, Colby Jack, mozzarella, parsley, garlic, and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Spread evenly on cut sides of rolls. Broil until cheese is melted and golden brown, 1 to 3 minutes.
