Ingredients
- 1/2 cup
almond butter
- 1/4 cup
pure maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp.
chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp.
pure vanilla extract
Kosher salt
- 1 cup
old-fashioned oats, toasted
- 1/2 cup
bittersweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Step 1In medium bowl, stir together almond butter, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt; fold in oats, then chocolate chips. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Step 2Shape mixture into 1-inch balls (about 1 heaping Tbsp each). Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
