Cinnamon-Sugar Party Mix

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp.
plus 1/3 c. granulated sugar, divided
- 2 tsp.
plus 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon, divided
- 3 cups
toasted rice squares cereal (we used Rice Chex)
- 2 cups
toasted corn squares cereal (we used Corn Chex)
- 3 cups
salted popped popcorn
- 2 cups
pretzel snaps
- 1 cup
raw cashews
- 3/4 cup
unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup
packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp.
kosher salt
Directions
- Step 1Heat oven to 300°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In small bowl, stir together 2 tablespoons granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Set aside until ready to use.
- Step 2In large bowl, toss together cereal, popcorn, pretzels, and cashews.
- Step 3In medium bowl, whisk together butter, brown sugar, salt, and remaining 1/3 cup granulated sugar and tablespoon cinnamon. Pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat well.
- Step 4Transfer to prepared baking sheet and bake, stirring every 15 minutes, until cashews are toasted and mixture is crunchy, 42 to 45 minutes. Immediately return to same large bowl and toss well with reserved cinnamon sugar. Transfer to another rimmed baking sheet and let cool completely on wire rack. Party mix will keep in airtight container at room temp up to 1 week.
